CANCELLING ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
You may cancel any order, free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped. We begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please check the status of your order first by visiting the "Order status".
If the status of your order is "Pending" or "On Hold" you may cancel your order by contacting our customer service (see the "get help" section of the Website). Our consumer service assistant requests the cancellation of your order at our warehouse. If successful, they send you an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned per the procedure set out below.
The specially made (SeleS) orders cannot be canceled before shipment, because we begin customizing (SeleS) products directly after getting the order.
RETURNING ORDERS AFTER DELIVERY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You are entitled to return products delivered to you if they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. For practical information on how to return, see the get help part of the Website. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. You can start the return process within 15 days after the product is delivered to you. If you have ordered multiple products in one order which are delivered separately, you can return within 15 days after the last product is delivered, without giving us any reason.
Please make sure that the items you return are complete (including the package) and not used in any way other than what is reasonably necessary to decide if you want to keep the products (meaning that you can try clothes on for fit, but you cannot wear or wash them). If you do not comply with the aforementioned and the value of the product diminishes consequently thereof, we can hold you liable for such reduced value. The right of withdrawal is inapplicable if the product is personalized (Club's sportswear or customized sportswear). Healthcare products can be returned only as unopened packages.
RETURNING PRODUCTS AFTER USE – DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Damaged items (during games or training) must be used accoring to their product description and will only be accepted if cleaned (if applicable), dry and packaged according to the specifications. Products not returned in compliance with these conditions will immediately be forwarded for destruction and possible exchange and/or refund will not be possible.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to hand over this information to Customer Service when you begin the return so we can refund the money directly to your account.
If you make a purchase, you will pay the corresponding delivery rates related to your country. If you return a purchased product you can do it free of charge, but the amount of the refund of your original order will be decreased by the amount of the delivery fee of the original order.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance maximum within 3 days.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
